The ingredients needed to cook Garlic gravy:

  1. Use of Garlic clove 10.
  2. You need 1 of Onion.
  3. Use 1 of Tomato.
  4. Prepare of Tamarind water(small gossebumps size).
  5. You need of Soak 30min before👆.
  6. You need 3 of Cashew nuts.
  7. Provide of Fennel seeds 1/2tsbp.
  8. Get of Fenugreek seeds 1/2tsbp.
  9. You need of Coconut (small piece).
  10. Get of Jaggery (little piece).
  11. Prepare of Tumeric powder 1/2tbps.
  12. Prepare of Chilli powder 1/2tbps.
  13. Prepare leaves of Coriander.

Instructions to make Garlic gravy:

  1. Heat 3tsbp oil, once it heated add fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds(don't burn it) cook with medium heat..
  2. Add garlic clove cook until it turns golden brown (color change slightly)..
  3. Add finely chopped onion cook until it's soft..
  4. Tomato, coconut, cashew nuts add to blender make it paste..
  5. Add above paste into the pan mix well. Add required amount of salt.(cook it for 5mins).
  6. After 5min pour soaked tamarind water allow it to boil..
  7. Add 1glass of water. Cover with lid. Make it boil.
  8. After it boil add little coriander leaves..
  9. When you're going serve at the time add little bit of Jaggery..
  10. Enjoy with white rice.you can eat with boiled egg..
